Before and After Care
Wolf Den before care starts at 7:15 A.M. and aftercare ends at 5:40 P.M. For more information, please contact Cathy Bell or Sandra Goodwin at (405)726-4815 or email at email@example.com When contacting us please tell us your name, your child’s name, what grade your child is in as well as their teacher’s name.
Tuition is calculated on a monthly basis running Monday through Friday. You pay for all five days whether you attend all five days or not. You may choose before care, aftercare, or both before and aftercares.
A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for any child remaining after the Before/After Care program closes for the day at 5:40 pm.
To log-in to the payment portal, please go to the following website:
Your username is your student’s District ID number. Your password is your students last name with the first letter capitalized. If you have multiple students, your Parent Portal ID may be used to access all students in your family under one account.
Once logged in, choose the student, choose Items at Student’s School then choose daycare in the middle. There will be one item: Pre-Paid Tuition. Enter the amount you would like to pay and click Buy. The amount entered will be put in your shopping cart for checkout. From there, the site works just like any other shopping site.
As with credit card payments for student meals, there is a nominal processing fee to pay with your credit card. This fee simply covers the cost to process the card. Edmond Public School does not make money on these fees.
The Edmond before/aftercare programs run in conjunction with the Edmond Public Schools academic calendar. Programs will be closed during all scheduled breaks (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, snow days, etc.)
Payment may be made with check (made payable to Cross Timbers), or credit/debit card (online). Nonpayment can result in the loss of your child’s spot in the before/aftercare program.
